8/21 Episode 3 of My Keto Journey
Week 2 down and starting to feel like I am slowly getting into fat adaptation. A little brain fog Friday and Saturday but not too bad. This week only IF Monday and Thursday as I will be out of town Friday.
Finishing the book The Plant Paradox by Dr. Steven Gundry which has a Keto form of the program. Pulling back the animal protein and using more plants, not vegan but not so much carnivores either. I am slowly transitioning into this program to see if it works.
